A. This is an annual per workstation subscription license.

A. No. This bundle includes Business Hours Essential maintenance.

Q. What if customers have less than 500 workstations?
A. They would purchase one M86 Total Security Suite up to 500 users for $5,000.

Q. Can customers buy multiple year contracts?
A. Yes, customers can buy a multiple year contract. There is an additional discount for purchasing multiple years up front. Multi-year license skus are available.

Q. Does the customer have to purchase a separate Norman AV license for Web and email?
A. No, the customer pays one price for the license that can be used with MailMarshal SMTP, MailMarshal Exchange and WebMarshal.
